Are the boots E rated ?

Sorry, don't know what E rated means. The boots do have a tech toe which is excellent for guys in the electrical trade like me and they are a very nice boot for the price.

Does the 2E fit well or is it still tight in the toe area?

The boot does seem to have sufficient room where other brands may use the same toe cap for the regular width as the extra wide. From my perspective, these boots fit as if the were already broken in from day one. I would guess everyone may fit differently but worked for me.

I just bought this boot can i get another set for the same price?

I don't see why not? This is a very good boot and the price has stayed the same.

Does it support your arches?

This does support your arch real well. I had to loosen the laces a little for the first two weeks until the boot ‘broke-in’ because I too have a high arch. After break in period I could tighten the laces all the way. Extremely comfortable now.
