Better than KT TAPE
Better than KT tape, RockTape o has a really nice and impressive hold and last about 3 to 4 days serially if you shower. Great in helping with pain and stability.

Very good "K" Tape. Stays in place for days including after swimming.

Great Stabilizer for the Knees!
This tape does a great job helping stabilize the knees. It's used when walking, hiking, jogging...and makes it possible to still enjoy these activities without putting too much strain on the knees.

Works but miss the h2o rock tape
This extra sticky rock tape works ok better than other brands. But they took the h2o rock take and got rid of it for extra sticky and it’s doesn’t stay on the same. Rock tape meets to bro g back the h2o version!!!

Hands down best tape out there if put on right
Ultra runner. 50 ml / 100k. Been using this tape instead of KT brand for years. If you’ll clean your skin with alcohol Rock tape will really hang in there. Hot, cold, wet. Not saying it might let go eventually but stays on way longer that other brands. I had a strip on my back I forgot about. It was still there 3 days later

Best athletic tape on the market
Rock tape is the ONLY athletic tape, that sticks when you sweat. Every other tape is a waste of money. It lives up to its name as tape. No extra spray adhesives. Best product out there.

Does not stay on
This tape goes on fine, but doe not last more than two days before it starts to peel. Before applying, I round the edges so that the sharp square corner does not lift on clothing. Even though rounded, the tape does not stay affixed.
