Honestly, I have bought an ab wheel from another brand before, I chose that wheel because of the spring with rebound system, but after a short time’s use, the tension reduced too much and the rebound function was really unstable. So I opened the wheel and saw that the inside spring was very slim and weak. I decided to buy this ab wheel because of the patented spring steel sheet system. After receiving the product, I could not wait to open the wheel to see the real structure inside. Honestly, I was surprised! It is far better than what I was imagining. I really wanted to share this video with you. I have done the exercise with it for a while. The resistance and rebound assistance are really stable. Perfect product! I definitely recommend it! I give 5 stars!

When I opened the box for the ab roller I expected it to be plastic but it turned out to be very solid! It's a little smaller than I expected but it's pretty easy to use as the wheel works smoothly on our tile and doesn't make any noise. The grip is good and comfortable as I didn't slip even when my palms got sweaty and the knee pad was useful on the hard floor.It turned out to be a great purchase and worked great for my ab workout as I definitely felt sore the day after. I'll continue using it and hope to get in shape with it!

This is a solid product. I enjoy the resistance that the roller offers, since it helps come back to the original position without too much effort when you are tired. The materials of the roller are heavy duty, it seems that it has a carbon fiber finish with a rubber wide wheel that provides stability. It's handles are also comfortable and ergonomic. I have used this product for a week so far and it hasn't failed me. I have noticed that muscles are getting stronger and I am glad that it works more than just the abs. I would definite let my friends know of this product because it has a built that is friendly for every fitness level. There is even a free pad that comes with the product that is useful if you have a hardwood/tile floor.

I wanted to buy a product that can help me target my abdominal with some support. I bought this Ab roller to help me exercise my abdominal core muscles. This abdominal wheel is very easy to use. I can start from the beginning to exercise. The knee pad is soft enough to protect my knees, and it gives me the support I need. I have a week core and this Ab wheel is perfect to people like me with weak abdominal strength. When I use the abdominal wheel to exercise a few groups, I sweat. After a few days, my abdominal muscles are tight, and it is small and very easy to use. I like it very much.

I don't normally write reviews but this was a great buy! I have previously gotten something similar but the resistance of the spring is nothing compared to this one. The design is really nice and sturdy... I started with 2-3 sets of 10, my core is getting noticibly tighter and more defined. I have a pretty strong core so traditional sit up doesnt do much unless I keep doing it. But with this I can really feel it. It is so much more efficient than traditional ab workout working with so many parts of my body all at once.

The device easily handles my frame and the device feels solid, good quality...The wheel is wider, so it allows you to go straight as well as curve right and left easier to target your obliques. I like the rebound system which helps me achieve my target workout even I am only the beginner for this abs workout. The handles are nice and a soft knee pad is included! I also very like the outlook, looks very nice and special. I have been using the ab roller a few times a week and have noticed my core tightening as well as my arms and shoulders toning up. Very affordable and worth it!

I really, really, like it but...I wish we could dial in a resistance level, don't get me wrong; if you are just starting out, or getting back in, you will not find a better product, I even like the built-in Rep counter (hold for 4 sec to reset) great idea, great package, I just need max Torso Tiger (discontinued) kind of resistance. Higher reps helps.

The feeling of being pulled back to the original starting position of the movement I think it’s unnatural and unnecessary It should be deleted from the device Otherwise it is a great device

特に問題なく利用できます。組み立てもパイプとハンドルを差し込むだけで簡単。帰省の際にも持ち帰りました。音も静かなのでフローリングでも利用可能ですが、ヨガマットの上で使っています。デザインや質感も悪くなく、半年以上ほぼ毎日使ってますが、ハンドルのクッションも崩れずに使えています。惜しいところはデザイン的にローラー左右の風車状のデザイン部分に少しだけホコリが付きやすいのが気になってますが、私が神経質なだけかもしれません笑
