Telescoping Shoe Horn - Extendable Shoe Horn Extra Long Handled Shoehorn -- AS-SEEN-ON-TV

I received this as a gift, when it was first advertised years ago and I really rely on it. Unfortunately the handle broke last year and I needed another one, so I ordered it on Amazon. I had bilateral total knee joint replacement surgeries, two years ago and I successfully used this product, before and after my surgery and during my initial recovery and occupational therapy. The Shoedini not only makes it easy to put on and remove shoes, it makes it easy to remove prescription grade compression stockings. Rolling down compression stockings is fairly easy when removing them but getting them down under the heel to remove them from your feet can be difficult with arthritic hands and wrists. I inserted the Shoedini under my heel and it clamped onto the stocking allowing me to easily remove it without harming it. Also, since the stocking was still on the Shoedini it didn't fall off onto the floor. Durable medical equipment, like prescription compression stockings are very expensive, so removing them without harming them is essential. The Shoedini helps me to get in and get out of my shoes and socks without relying on help. I really like that it has the retractable handle, so I can carry it in my gym bag when I go to physical therapy and store it in my carry on to take on trips.This is a product that does what it says and more.

This is the fourth Shoedini that I have purchased. I bought one for a friend after he saw me use it. I have an extremely bad back with limited mobility and can't get my shoes on without this device. I have one downstairs by the front door and now I have one upstairs to put on my slippers or shoes. It's a great invention and I can't get along without it! It was delivered within three days of ordering it. It's the little things in life that I have come to appreciate and the Shoedini is at the top of the list. Anything that ads to the quality of life is perfect!

Works well, makes putting footwear on my post-lop knee much easier. I will say it was way "over packaged", very large box for a relatively small item.

This is the perfect shoe horn for all ages. With a twist, it extends to over 30 inches and locks in place. It's a must have for shoes that have a softer back. It actually clips onto the heel area enabling you to slide your foot into your shoe with ease...and without ever having to bend over. I love the convenience this little gadget offers. So reasonably priced and designed to last, I keep mine hanging on the doorknob for an easy reach when needed. I wouldn't be without one now.

Purchased the same product a year ago (almost to the day). Worked well for my husband for putting on his shoes but mainly to assist him removing compression socks. The Shoe Dini worked well but finally snapped. I think this item is very good for disabled people. If something that works every single day for a year....is totally worth purchasing again !!!

Nice idea, but it broke in less than a week. Very poorly made.

Too stiff, catches my socks, do not like the clip in the back that goes over back of the shoes. I have a different brand that I love and would have bought again if it had been available. The height is fine but just too stiff and hard to use.

I tend to wear shoes LONG past the point at which they should be replaced and the worst part is always when the back of the heel begins to cave in. However, with this my shoes last longer as it protects the back of the heel as I put my foot in even on my overused, already breaking down shoes. The longer handle means I don't have to bend down and mess with a shoe horn. Since I rarely bother to untie my shoes, I just slip my toes in, use the shoe horn, and I'm out the door!
