Bought this for a disabled lady who has trouble using a mouse because of her hands. Just plugged it in, it worked straight away (no fiddling around) and solved all her problems. Fab little device. Easy to use

Lightweight, and I like the large surface area. Glad I didn't choose a smaller version. Works OK for security camera system, which is what I want it for. But the two buttons don't work on Linux desktop (Ubuntu). The pointer moves quite fast for little movement on the trackpad. The movement seems to be linear rather than exponential, which would make it tricky to use for any fine adjustment. I can't see how that could be configured differently unless it had bespoke driver software.

Plugs into a spare usb slot. Used it for a laptop that has something wrong with its motherboard which rendered the original trackpad unusable. Good product.

just not very helpful - it doesn't allow for precise movements, has a lag and i wanted it most for sideways scrolling & zoom and it's just more inconvenient to use than clicking on a scroll bar = returned

A neat little trackpad. It's sensitive and a pleasure to use. I have used an ergonomic mouse for years, as I have some trouble with arthritis in my fingers. This trackpad has relieved my fingers of notable pain and discomfort. Please note that I use a track ball with my left hand, so they can work in conjunction.

I really like using trackpads sometimes as I have hand and wrist pain. I wanted to stop using the one on my laptop so I could put the laptop on a stand instead. Cutting to the chase, this is almost unusable. It’s borderline impossible to make fine adjustments with the mouse so aiming at specific targets, like links, is frustrating. If you move your finger up and down smoothly, the cursor will alternate between a fast and slow speed. Reminds me of late 90s touchpads on cheap laptops. Truly awful, unusable. Glad I tested it within the 30 day return window.

Super sensitive, lovely light buttons. Like a laptop touchpad. Just what I was looking for for my homeworking setup. Non-wireless version could probably be a bit more slimline but it's only a minor thing. Also wish it had sidescroll cos I'm old fashioned and two finger scroll isn't natural to me but hey I'm a relic.

Bought this to use with a Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) box. The pointer worked, but the mouse clicks didn't work after login (they did work before login). Others had the same problem on various discussion forums - libinput receives the clicks, but they get lost by xorg. I didn't find a solution, but what does work is running Wayland instead of Xorg. For my purpose, that's fine, but avoid if you need to run Xorg. Note that this probes as a mouse, so don't expect any fancy multi-touch stuff.

It's a little bulky, but overall it's lasted a long while (despite my consistent spills, knocks, etc) and still works great!

The touchpad is exactly as advertised. Very basic features, and plug & play. The gestures work fine; however, I only use double finger up and down for scrolling and single tap for click. The left and right buttons have a nice clicky snap to them that gives it nice feedback whenever you interact with them. And the surface area your fingers interact with to move the cursor has a slight texture but nothing significant. It's not smooth like glass but not rough like sand paper. For the price it meets my expectations. My hands are quite bad and I can't use a traditional mouse. I prefer this over a trackball style setup and would recommend it to anyone in my situation. I'll admit the one thing I forgot is that there's no middle mouse button, but that seems common among all trackpads and just highlights my oversight during pre-purchase.
