Very disappointing!!
As far as I am concerned, the seller really misrepresented this mattress topper. Notice the first six words in the description: 2" Full Goose Down Mattress Topper. Sounds really soft and comfy doesn't it? Well, the complete opposite was the case. This thing weighed a ton as I wrestled to get it out of it's vacuum packaging and once I did I found it to be far from soft or comfy. It felt dense and ungiving with feathers already starting to work their way out of the cover. Couldn't be very comfortable with feathers poking you in the middle of the night! Well, you have to read the description carefully because down in the fine print they do say that it is made up of 5% down/95% feathers. But, really, how many consumers know that featherbeds are neither lofty nor comfy?I requested a return with paid return postage as it would have cost me $40 to send it back because it weighed so much! They sent me an email with a return label to print out -- no offer of paying for the return postage! I sent my request again and have yet to receive a response. Hence, my reason for giving a one star rating to this product and seller.
