Quality materials, design and construction
I have been looking for a rack like this forever! I see them in the stores all the time but never know if they are oven safe. That is what sold me on this- knowing that it is oven safe and better yet dishwasher safe. I have used it every weekend since I received it

Sturdy, durable, and easy to clean
I like the small holes in the mesh. It enables me to roast small pieces of meat and veggies without them falling through. Also like the fact that it is stainless steel so it won't rust or corrode over time.
