Wasted time and money .Probably could be used to lay flat for neck support.Driving not so much. It falls and doesn’t stay in place.

This neck pillow support is great and cheap. The strap also holds very well on my chair which looks almost the same as the picture of the product.

Fits and fills in the gap between my neck and the seat, but also fills the space in my upper back below my neck (upper thoracic). I have two herniated discs in my neck and this is a nice support so my neck muscles get a break.

Very soft and comfortable. I am on the road all the time and these are a tremendous help.

Honestly if you need a car/neck pillow right away I would spend a few more bucks elsewhere I tried this neck pillow for my gaming chair but I keep having to relocate it around constantly to get a decent amount of back support and comfort as well. It's not a bad pillow it could be better.
