This was a surprise for me. I bought it to store in my elderly aunt’s room in her facility. She wanted to be able to sweep her room in-between the weekly cleanings. I bought it to use on my monthly trips to go visit her. I figured it was compact enough that I could store it out of her way. To my surprise she opened the package and discovered she could adjust the height and easily sweep her own floor from her wheelchair and even use the dustpan to clean up. She was so excited she raves about it for two days. She says it is easy to store out of the way but it is easy for her to reach under furniture and get her room clean to her satisfaction. It is even better than her electronic “roomba” type device.

I am very happy with this broom and dustpan. It is very well made, a quality product especially for the price. It was super easy to put together and it offers to sizes for handles. I am 5'5 and my husband is 6'6 so he can extend the handles to fit him. I also like that I can store it hanging or standing upright. I would definitely recommend.

This is not a broom for serious housekeeping. Didn't realize how important the angle on a broom could be until I didn't have one. Can't get crumbs out of the corners under my cabinets. The bristles are too soft. It takes so much just to push debris across the floor, and the dustpan isn't flush with the floor so all of the trash gets swept under it. Would not recommend this product unless it's for a situation like now. Stuck at home and can't get to a store without risk of contamination.

I do not have to bend over to get the dirt in it just wipe it in stays study.Great product well worth the money.Very pleased.

Easy to use, space saving, and effectively helped sweep up dust bunnies and hair from my floors. Two points which I feel could be improved upon would be lengthening the bristles of the broom and making the teeth of the self-cleaner spaced closer together to make removal of hair and other debris from the broom head easier. Otherwise, really happy with my purchase. Also, excellent customer service.

Our Valup Broom & Dustpan Set arrived very quickly. Setup was extremely simple and took all of maybe one minute to complete! We love this broom & dustpan set, it is very lightweight and the handles are a decent length - this was extremely important for us since our last set had shorter handles which left my back in agony before I even finished sweeping the entire floor...I have yet to have an issue with this since using our new Valup Broom & Dustpan set!! We also love the teeth design on the dustpan (it has been helpful with getting hair & dust buildup out of the broom, without making an even bigger mess). Lastly, I have to comment on our customer service experience with this purchase. Very shortly after receiving our new broom & dustpan, I was contacted by the seller - they wanted to verify that we received our set okay and that there was no damage or issues with the delivery or product. The seller was very considerate and took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase of their product. It was so refreshing to hear from the seller - they were very proactive regarding our order and it was obvious that they wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Exceptional Customer Service - I wish more sellers would be as concerned with their customers satisfaction as this one...I would gladly make another purchase with this seller - we were extremely impressed with them!!

I bought this product thinking I'd be able to sweep up without bending down to hold the dustpan. Not so. The plastic is so thin and flimsy that its hard to position at the proper angle. So, most of the trash goes right underneath the bridge, as with most dustpans. I have to stoop down and hold the bridge flush to the floor to sweep the trash in. However, my hand held dust pan works better. It is aggravating and defeats the purpose of using it. If I'd been able to see this product before purchasing, I would have passed on it. I might have bought the broom, if it came separately. And yet, I shouldn't expected more, considering the price.

My son put this together for me with no problem. I used it in the house to do light sweeping in the kitchen - and also outdoors on the cement walkway, to sweep up dead leaves. I am 80 and no longer bend in the right places, so not having to bend down to use the dustpan, was very nice, indeed. The dustpan holds a goodly amount and I was able to tip the leaves into a box without difficulty. The price and quality are surprisingly good, and I love that the broom fits neatly into the built-in holder attached to the dustpan extension. Good design.
