I wanted to buy the video just because I like Kenya Moore's fitness ethic and the results her physique yields. But, for whatever reason, I just haven't done it yet. However, I just came across this review online - A COMPLETELY UNBIASED REVIEW - and it actually pushed me towards the One-Click button! I bought it! It gave me everything I needed to know based PURELY on the product itself! Now, Kenya Moore is competing with her Booty Boot Camp ($17).Moore, a former Miss USA who now models and acts, says that as someone who's been exercising for 30 years, she knows exactly how to achieve the promised look of "a nice, round, toned, firmed behind." She lies facedown or gets on all fours, and then pulses, kicks and lifts her legs until her backside burns.And when it starts to hurt? "I think about how good I'm going to look on the red carpet," Moore says.The secret to a really great posterior, she says, is to think about the total package."Everything needs to be proportioned and toned. That means you have to work out the entire body," says Moore, who strives to maintain a flat tummy and small waist to complete her ideal Jessica Rabbit figure. Her DVD's three 20-minute routines (with increasing difficulty) are sandwiched between a cardio warm-up and an abs-focused cool-down.That combination, Moore says, is suited for all levels of exercisers -- that includes guys, who often neglect their rear ends.Moore hopes to boost the intensity on a future release: "I didn't want to scare people with my first DVD. I didn't want them to quit one minute in."Maybe by then Moore will have also launched her line of activewear, which is still in the works. She wants to develop apparel that is sexy and colorful and hides perspiration. The Real Housewife takes over when it's time to demonstrate her signature moves:Booty Pop -- In child's pose, alternate pushing up your left and right butt cheeks. "It's about finding your gluteus maximus. You need to isolate them in order to tone them," says Moore, who's found this move helps people learn what it feels like to engage muscles correctly.Giddy Up -- On all fours, shift your weight forward, thrusting your hips and squeezing your legs. "It reminds me of riding a horse," Moore says of the thigh exercise. "It's fun."Stallion Kickback -- Standing up, lift up a knee, put it down, then lunge back. That's the Level 1 version. "We can get more intense," says Moore, who makes it tougher by omitting the break between the lift and the lunge.

Not Challenging Enough for this 50 something Woman
I really was excited to receive this dvd as I've always wanted a more round booty but unfortunately this dvd I don't feel will get the job done for me. It's fairly easy to follow but honestly not that challenging and I'm in my 50s, at least not the first 2 workouts. Seriously, I'm not in that great of shape as I have chronic pain so I have to be careful what I do and the pace I work out has to be slower than some but enough to get my heart rate up and not injure myself. I cannot do real fast moves and cannot do any jumping. The warm up is good. If you've ever done The Firm videos from the 1980s and 1990s, then you won't find this video as challenging as you would have hoped. The music eventually got on my nerves. I wished she would have switched it up. I've really grown to tolerate Kenya on RHOA and understand you have to bring drama on that series but I think this video was thrown together way too fast and not enough research was done on other videos on the market. I will keep it in my rotation for those days that I want to do something different but it won't be the video I turn to every week. Look for my review of Phine Body as I will be trying it next and I will give a fair review because I try to find the good in both women. UPDATE - As I stated earlier I would try Phaedra's Phine Body Workout and I have to say for me I prefer Phine Body. It is much more challenging, visually better and I'd much rather work out with Apollo (just being honest). You can read my full review of it under the Phine Body sales page.

I Love this Workout!!!
I think this workout video is really VERY GOOD!!! Congratulations KENYA, you got my dusty butt off the couch!!! LOL! I'm really very impressed how professional & well put together it is for a first video! I was, also, surprised to see Kenya share her platform with a professional fitness instructor! Probably a wise decision for an endeavor like this! The instruction is clear and concise, with good directions on form to make sure we're doing each movement correctly. I'm happy with the video layout too! The video consists of a warm-up, three-20 minute workouts, each one increasing in level of diffuculty, a 7 minute ab workout, and 2 separate cool downs to select from. Also, you can play the entire 86 minute video in it's entirety, or select from a menu of the individual workouts you wish to do. The video not only focuses on the buttocks, but also the abdominals, inner & outer thighs & legs. I can see myself with a toned & lifted rear end, long & lean legs and a smaller tighter waistline using this video! I used to workout every day in my 20's & 30's, but fell into inactivity now that I'm in my 40's, following a bad marriage & a long illness. So I'm extremely pleased with my purchase & I'm looking forward to making this a part of my "new" exercise regimen! Great Job KENYA!!! You Go Girl! Stallion ALL the way!!!UPDATE: 4/10/13It would be nice if Amazon changed their policy to only allow actual purchasers of an item to submit reviews. There is just too much foolishness going on here to take many of the non-verified reviews seriously. Many of the comments here belong on Bravo's blog & not here. It's obvious that people are watching the show & then coming here to vent. It's sad that people have so much hate in their hearts.

Very good, worth the money. Already feeling the effects of the workouts. Easy to follow too. Will use the DVD for many years to come.

Kenya Moore: Booty Boot Camp [DVD]
Most of the stuff is like Jane Fonder work out nothing new. I would have liked to see her directing the whole DVD instead of using someone else. Really she should add the other lady who done most of the directing on the cover as well

Not intense enough for me. Didn't sweat during this workout. And the workout is highly focused on the gluteus. Forgetting everywhere else
