One I had the buttons kept sticking , got this looks great just like the one I had, just put the batteries in and no messing around pointed it at the dvd and worked first time no tuning in. Great price great product

I bought one of these N2QAYB000780 remotes as a replacement for the original remote for a DMRBWT735 in September 2020 & although somewhat lighter in construction than the original, it worked perfectly & survived heavy use on a daily basis until a few days ago, when the play button became slow to respond. This new unit was bought as a replacement on 3rd December 2022 for less than £10. Battery fit was fine & all functions work perfectly.

Nice supplier as they did accept a return. The controller works other than the TV section which, on the original controller, can be set up for many different types of TV. That bit doesn't work so we had to return as we use the one controller for both recorder and TV.

We bought this last year. Buttons were stiff to begin with but now, some of them are terrible, you need to press so hard that it's actually painful.Also batteries keep moving, shaking.. and we can't use the remote. We had to put paper between batteries so that remote works until it happens again. I wish they could give me my money back. A total waste.

The original IR6 remote for my Panasonic HDD / Blu-Ray recorder developed a couple of dead buttons - initially I tried recoating the conductive 'pills' on the inside of the affected buttons with a black carbon coating which was successful for a time and I did that twice - the third time it stopped working I decided I would just look for a replacement new remote, so I bought this.Plan 'A' was actually to replace the rubber button / contact 'mat' in my original remote with the one from this replacement remote so I could continue to use the original remote - but - when I received this replacement remote and compared it side by side with the original one I realised all the dimensions - the button sizes, button dimensions, spacing between buttons and even the overall size of the unit were all just significantly different, making it impossible to use the button mat from the clone remote in the original remote.However the main problem was, and is, that the buttons on this replacement remote have a really thick, rubbery feel to them and have to be pressed with far more force than the buttons on the original remote ever had to be. I would go so far as to say that an elderly person with arthritic fingers might not be able to press some of the buttons at all. I find it almost too unpleasant to use, to the extent that I am now exploring other ways to restore the operation of the dead buttons on the original remote.Edit: While all of the recorder - related buttons work identically to those on the original remote, I notice a lot of reviewers saying that the programmable 'TV' section of the remote simply does not work as it should. I can't verify this because my TV happens to have an RF (radio) remote rather than infra-red, so even my original Panasonic remote was not able to operate my particular TV.

Found this relatively cheap controller, and it works very well. Replaced my old original as some of the buttons didn’t work properly.

Easy to use and good value
