Nice but no manual to assemble n it's kind a hard to assemble

Hans lighting ceiling fan quality is not good
I ordered same product in 2019 from Kanz Enterprises which is really good quality but now in Kanz Enterprises it's not available because of that I ordered from Hans lighting wherein first time sent back because of few damages and quality issue again return and replaced order now received second time again the quality is very poor and I'm not at al happy with this If you don't have a good quality please don't sell Need your reply on this

Received faulty product (lights don’t work, sometimes after many random remote press works)
Received an expensive faulty product (lights don’t work, sometimes after many random remote press works) Only white light is working, does not glow golden (seems like I received a faulty product) and Do not expect fan like speed. It’s slow and wind is only breezy. Not at all worth for the money you are paying. Don’t be fooled.. think before buying. After a 2 year.. banging noise coming from the fan.

Too difficult to assemble
It took 3 to 4 days and 2 to 3 electricians to understand how to install this. The diamond hangings were broken and I am trying for the replacement of these 4 diamonds for more than a month.

Looking great but electrician had a tough time to assemble. There is no proper instruction manual or CD with a product worth around 20 k.
