AirBake Natural 2 Pack Pizza Pan Set, 9 in and 12.75 in

My sister-in-law requested new pizza pans. After reading reviews extensively on various brands, I selected these to surprise her with. And I am SO happy I did!She used these immediately the next day. She was amazed that she didn't have to grease the pans, that they cooked perfect pizzas. No soggy areas, no burnt areas. Her kids are choosy eaters, and declared those pizzas to be the best ones their mom made!Another huge perk to these pans is that they are dishwasher safe. I guess it's difficult to find any that are able to be in the dishwasher, and that don't rust in doing so. These Airbake Ultras boast that they will NOT rust.My s.i.l. has used them every single day, sometimes twice in a day. She is so pleased with how they cook up pizzas, as well as heat up chicken nuggets, french fries and the like. They wash up beautifully, no pitting or food residue burnt on... because these pans refuse to burn her food;) I am sure timing is key also...

I bought this set 2 years ago and 1 or the other gets used nearly every day. We use them for pizza, both frozen and homemade, and also for heating fries, etc.After 2 years of steady use they are getting kind of shabby and dark but they still work. No rust, even though they go in the dishwasher after use. They are sturdy and a good weight, not flimsy at all.I was planning to replace them, and I intend to, so I was looking to replace with the exact same set. I'm glad they are still available. For the price you are getting a good deal on 2 quality pans.

I love all of the cooking sheets by airbake, due to their ability to prevent food from burning, and their reasonable pricing. I can not stand a pizza (or much of anything else, for that matter) with a burnt crust. If you have a very unpredictable oven, or if you just tend to leave things in too long, the Airbake pans will not burn your pizza (or cookies/etc), they will only make it crispier or drier if left in too long. They are also very easy to clean, crumbs wipe off easily and do not stick to the coating like other pans. The only annoyance that some may find with these pans is that they should not be soaked in water. Soaking in water or allowing water to stand too long on the pans can cause them to warp slightly.

I ordered this set because of the two sizes and the design. However, after using the small one, I realized that these do NOT have a non-stick coat. Worse, it took quite some bit of scrubbing to get what stuck off the pan. Very disappointed. After using these pans for a few months, I have not experienced the sticking of cheese or sauce again. Strange but true. I've upped my rating of this product.

This review is for AirBake Natural2 Pack Pizza Pan Set,9 in and 12.75 in. My intent was to use the 9 in to reheat leftover pizza slices in the oven to crisp the crust and heat through. I am very disappointed as the cheese stuck to the pan and that cheese browned on the pan before the pizza slices were heated through. Well that happens, but it was very difficult to get the slices off the pan. Cleaning was a pain as the browned cheese stuck horribly to the pan and was difficult to clean. I had to soak the pan even though that's against manufacturer instructions. Although it states that the pans are non-stick, the ones I received were not. The only pro I can give is I also used the 9 in to bake a frozen pot pie and it turned out beautifully with a golden brown crust, even in the bottom center.

the only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is cheese gets stuck in the holes and have to get knife to dig it out. other than that these are great. the smaller one was smaller than I expected. I now spray with pam olive oil and clean up is much easier.

The first time I used this pan, I noticed it was discolored when it came out of the dishwasher. It looked like some of the surface material had worn off. Was it disintegrating? Tonight, the second time I used the product, I kept an eye on it as it came out of the oven. Would there be chunks of the pan embedded in the bottom of my pizza? When I gently rubbed a spatula against the top of the pan, the spatula got coated with black gunk. The surface of the pan was indeed melting off. I did not eat the pizza and I tossed the pan in the trash.

Love the pans overall. They make delicious pizzas and fit in our dishwasher. Still some food gets stuck in the holes - I couldn't think of a better way for them to design it, but alas I will only allocate 4 stars to this rating anywho.
