Best $20 you'll ever spend.
You need this in your life. I'll never touch an iron again -- it took about 30 seconds to get every wrinkle out of this shirt. Heats up fast and removes creases like magic.

Best handheld steamer on the market!
In the past two weeks I have bought 3 handheld steamers. You this particular one had a Turbo boost. Well known name. That prooved to be a $59.00 mistake. The water kept running out and the wrinkles stayed. It was also heavy.Running around because I needed a steamer that night, I returned the first one and bought the Joy M. one for $19.99. Terrible on wrinkles and low water reservoir. Small...could be good for travel if desperate. It wasn't heavy...it was tiny but did not work. Small vent. Passed it over and over the wrinkles but just didn't work. The vent was so small...it would taken forever even if it did work. This unbelievable steamer- The Epica, after doing some online research, was rated the second best steamer. They were so right. It is lightweight, holds a nice amount of water, and lightweight. Did not need hardly any of the water to finish one womans shirt and removes wrinkles in no time flat. I was amazed. The vent part shows smaller on the picture. It's a decent size for steaming. It is not heavy or large so I could still pack this for travel. Has a nice screw on cap for water fill. The others didnt. And it has an easy, uncomplicatedt on/off switch. Simple LOVE LOVE LOVE it. No more ironing needed. This is truly amazing. Heats up quickly. HOT so be careful. 800 Watts of perfection. For the $20 I paid... its a steal. Take the others and toss them.I do not get paid to write reviews. I have written bad ones and good ones based on the product.

PRODUCT UPDATE (Think mines defective!)
After I returned my defective steamer the seller reached out and aked me if I would give it one more try, and I did. Well my new one puts out a healthy consistent level of steam, with only a little spitting during the heating process. I have now used it four times and am very happy and satisfied. This is a good steamer!!!!!!I feel a little guilty giving this a bad review because I think mine must be defective, the product is so well reviewed by so many people. But my experience was really terrible. I read the instructions and put the water in and turned on the steamer. The first time I used it, it spit up some water but then put out a solid amount of steam. I was pleased. You know I've owned a number of small steamers over the years and they all spit up a little bit while the water is heating. The second time I used it, it started spewing water out like a fountain and didn't stop until about 80-85% of the water was gone (it was the quickest emptying of a steamer I've ever seen, it was amazing). And it did it the third and fourth time I used it and I've just given up. I did the rinsing and swishing thing between uses that was supposed to control spitting, to no avail. So back it goes. I can't recommend this product but again I think its probably not bad design issue, I just got to be the lucky reciepient of a defective product.

Do not buy. Spits boiling water everywhere.
This is one of those item you'll wish you had listened to the bad reviews. I'll be clear as to the specific problem: the heating element is far too powerful for such a small volume of water. Therefore the water literally boil/spits out of the hole instead of exiting as steam. You may be thinking the same work around as me: I'll just add less water. Nope. Even 1/2 full comes spitting out. Instead I'll recommend the Conair ExtremeSteam. My gf has been using it for 5 years with no problems. Should have followed her lead.

Look at the instructions, Great buy.
I bought this item with some amount of uncomfortable thought seeing as so many people were complaining that it was spewing water out and really making a mess but for the price i bought it anyways. So i waited and it came in the mail. I needed it to steam some hats so i was eager to give it a whirl. Topped the tank off, plugged it in and waited for it to heat up. After moments of listening to the coffee maker style bubbling scalding water shot out and managed to make a mess. Thinking the internet was right and i had lost i was about to give up when i consulted the manual which states "Do not fill past max line" if you look on one of the sides there is a line 3/4 of the way up the tank. If you go past that.. it will not end well for you. But works fine as long as it is bellow that. Although again i will state i was steaming hats so i was using it in a stationary upright position.Would have given 5 stars but was a little dissapointed with the tips it came with.(2 weird brushes) so i ended up not using them. If this breaks though i would buy another although the construction does seem very sturdy and likely to last.
