I hate leaving bad reviews, but you guys have to know that what you’re selling is not useful in the field.The metal that they’ve used for this key is really low quality. It barely engages with the pedestals I work with. It also beds around the flower points. I though it would have been hardened metal, at least at the tip, but it’s been very disappointing using it at work. If they want to improve the product: harden the metal, increase the length of the star- so that it can go deeper into pedestal grooves.The concept is great, just less than stellar execution. I couldn’t give this a good rating due to the fact heya I got 3 good uses out of it, then it was extremely difficult to use due to warping.
