MOXIE1 is an intermediate/advanced workout and your chance to show what you've got! In 20 minutes you will alternate between nonstop cardio and strength exercises -- no equipment. WOW! A gem of a workout. Glad I found this!!!
WOW! This is a fantastic workout!!! I have done it several times and my heart rate is always in the peak zone. Heather is encouraging and provides you some options for modification if needed. More importantly, the work-out gives you room to grow, meaning that each time you do the workout can be different. You can push yourself some days and go for the modifications on the other days. I still can't do some of the moves, but I know I will work up to them. Even modifying is still an amazing, sweat drenching workout. It's the smartest, most efficient 20 minute work-out I have done. There is only 1 workout on the DVD so that may be a issue for some, but I immediately got over that once I did the workout. You will love it!

Great workout!
I have five stars because I love this quick paced great workout. I had to return the video tho because it was pretty scratched and skipping. I ordered another elsewhere tho. I love Heather. She is good people and her workouts are real

A great 21-minute work-out - Fast and super effective
I recently had my second child and have found it difficult to keep up any kind of exercise routine, let alone the 1-hour Zumba routines I was doing before the birth of my second child. While I still love Zumba, the Moxie 1 video is the perfect fit for me at this stage of my life. I can get a great work-out that feels more like dynamic and fun dancing and moving in 21 minutes. I sweat more than the hour-long of Zumba and I suspect I'm getting a better work-out in only 1/3 of the time. Heather C is enthusiastic without being annoying and makes you want to give it your best shot without feeling bad if you're having an off day in the workout. I'd recommend this video to anyone.

"3.5 Stars"
"3.5 Stars" Solid No Equipment Required workout. A "4 Star" workout if you have excellent knees and feet and can take high impact.Definitely elevates heart rate. Needed something quick and equipment-free while on vacay. Only drawback for me is that it has some very high knee impact segments. I self modified and substituted to adjust. I appreciate Heather's work, production quality and energy. I will look to see if she offers any lower impact workouts. Enjoy!

I love this workout
I love this workout! It's as challenging as you need it to be because the trainer offers several forms of modification! Love it! My one complaint is that it's a little too short. I prefer a 40 min vid to a 20 min. Nevertheless, I include it in my schedule!

Super effective 21 minutes
This is an excellent workout video! Short and straight to the point,no fuzz and crazy propaganda! Super cheap but very worth the money! You can also see this girl on kickboxing video alongside Patrick Godeau,she is a diamond in a rough!
