I'm not a jump rope expert so I don't have a lot of expertise in comparing this product to others. I will say it definitely suits the purpose as it's very light and much quicker as compared to the ropes I've used in the past. I use mine on concrete so I'll report back on how the cable holds up.In regards to Amazon, one could say I'm somewhat of expert if you consider the number of purchases I make on a monthly basis. I buy everything on Amazon and have interacted with a wide variety of companies. Inspired Fitness, the manufacturer of this jump rope, stands out from the vast majority of all the companies I've dealt with. Based on their personal emails you can tell they're a small company just starting out and really want to make sure their customers are totally happy. I had no problems with the product but am pretty confident if I did, they would bend over backwards to make sure I was satisfied!One suggestion though, if they're reading this. Please list the length of the rope in your description (10 feet). I had to reach out to former purchasers to verify the length before I actually made the purchase since I didn't want the hassle of dealing with a return.

Great rope at a great price. I'm a little reluctant to spend a lot on a jump rope. I previously purchased a rope that was pvc in hopes of learning double unders but unfortunately it did not work as well as I would have liked. So I purchased this one from Inspired Fitness Gear and I am very pleased after the first day. Adjustment is very easy and can be done without tools. The rope is very fast and if you have a lot of excess on the ends I would highly recommend cutting off prior to use or you my get slapped by it. I do wish the bearings were a little smoother but otherwise a great rope. I highly recommend it.

After only 2 sessions of use, 10 minutes each, the coating on the cables was worn off completely in a few spots. The surfaces used were primarily wooden board, as well as some smooth concrete, but mostly wood. I realize that the ideal surface for jump-roping is rubberized surface or similar, however, I feel that a $25 rope should be able to handle the surfaces most people encounter outside of a gym. I have used multiple speed ropes, and have never encountered one that broke down so quickly! I am a regular jump-roper and feel familiar with the wear and tear of similar gear.

I am giving this just an ok because I haven't had a change to use it yet but the seller is asking me to comment. It look similar to others I have seen at the Box I go to but I cant say I love because I don't yet but I imagine I will love it. I will do a second review once I have a chance to use it. It does look very sturdy though.

This product was a little light for what I wanted. It is durable on the pavement and may be adjusted to height. I ended up using an old school jump rope as this is more for indoor workouts.

Very similar to Buddy Lee's supersonic speed rope but one fourth the price and easier to adjust length. Definitely would buy again. Great service, great product. Did not have any of the issues posted and other reviews of fasteners coming undone.

Great jump Rope, I went from not knowing how to use them to double unders in less than a couple of weeks. The bearings clearly allow for speed and hence they can be taken to pro limits..

I actually bought a second rope I like better from the super healthy company, but that one failed in use a couple times where this one has not. So, although this would be my runner up, it's the one that goes the distance.
