I love this! Havent put it to the test but the leather is strong and feels durable.

Very pretty. Good soft padding over the nose. Was slightly awkward in trying to put it together with a headstall... Pretty sure it was put together backwards- but that was no big deal. We haven't used it on our mare yet as I attached it to a new bridle set that is still stiff and that head stall was a little long for our Morgan-app cross and too much work to adjust correctly at the time. We did try it on a full blood Morgan mare, who has a larger head, and it was very pretty on her.We haven't tested it out under saddle to see if it is soft on pressure or if the girls will respond well to it. Can't give it 5 stars unless I can be certain. Thanks!

This is a pretty hackamore. Well made and very functional. We are starting a 21/2 year old Welsh cob with a mind of her own. She was working well on a cavesson until she figured out that she could pull through it. This is a nice step up from that. She is responding well to the little bit of pressure it applies. We would like to keep her as light as possible moving through the training process.

Love the hackamore, hopefully it lasts quite some time - seems to be good qualityIt did come assembled backwards though LoL - no big deal, easy switch around.

The comfort in this is wonderful. I have an older horse with teeth issues and very sensitive. He enjoys having his bridle back on again.
