My favorite vitamin c
Pills are on the bigger side so have a bottle of water near by lol so you don’t choke but other than that I love this vitamin c. Unlike other brands this vitamin c is very effective for me and feel better and get sick a lot less and if I do it’s not too bad and I get over it quicker. The 1000mg in one pill a day makes it easy to meet your requirements. 1000mg a day has additional health benefits and protections including being good for your heart so be mindful of that not the most pleasant pill to swallow but well worth it 10/10

Great quality and easy to take
Great vitamin C supplement! The tablets are easy to take, the bottle lasts a long time, and the 1000 mg dosage makes it convenient to include in my daily routine.
