Q: Do these hold up to playing in the snow? How waterproof are they?

Not waterproof at all. They are heavy duck canvas. We love them- my kids wear them for cutting and stacking wood, and playing in the dirt. Great for farm work and cold. But not waterproof.

Q: The difference between 4 and 4 T?

4 T means still in diapers. 4 is a little slimmer.

Q: Are these made for playing in the snow?

They are not snow pants. Just plain ole dungarees.

Q: My daughter is small for her age. She is almost 2yrs old. What is the difference between the 24 months and 2T?

If I'm not mistaken, 24 months is still in diapers and 2T is potty trained. I was told the 24 mth pants have a little more space/fabric in the crotch area to make room for diapers/Pull Ups. But as for size wise it should fit her ok.
