Adhesive wings work great
My current bras just have the adhesive around the cup area. But this bra had adhesive extra wings which provide much needed hold. I never realized the difference they make but it makes you feel much more supported. It was very sticky when I first wore it. I only wish the plastic that is used to protect the sticky part was more durable when you are not using it. It tends to tear if you are not careful. Overall, it exceeded expectations!
