DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
I usually don't write reviews on Amazon, or anywhere in general. Mostly, because I am lazy, and don't have time. I bought this vacuum for my janitorial company for very light work, I just needed it to be light weight. This vacuum was very light, lighter than any other backpack vacuum I have come across. It's for good reason, because it's all cheap plastic, the motor is small, and the attachments are small and fragile. I first tried out this vacuum at my house, and it did not pick up anything that a standard $50 upright vacuum would. It's as if the bag was full or something, I tried switching the bags, and it still had the same issue of not being powerful enough to pick anything up. I am not sure what this vacuum is made for, but it's not vacuuming. I am also not over exaggerating, when I say it really can't vacuum at all. Give it a try for yourself, if you're skeptical at my review, but I now have to deal with this return. At least Amazon is awesome when it comes to their returns!

Not enough suction power
I liked the backpack idea. It wasn't too heavy, but not enough horsepower. I returned mine because of that. The plastic pieces did worry me.

this is vacuum is terrible. it just pushes things around. I missed the return date by a week, so now I'm stuck with it. AKA - will try to sell on craigs list. should have listed to the reviews and never bought it!!!

I love the vacuum
I love the vacuum, but the power button quit working, I'm not sure if yall can do any about that ? I have to plug/unplug every time I need to use it

Disappointed
I was excited to receive this vacuum. It worked very well for picking up animal hair on hard floors. It is very light and easy to use. BUT... the third time I used this product it shut off and I couldn't get it to turn back on.I let it cool off....even for a few days and the vacuum would not turn back on. I returned it for an exchange thinking I received a lemon. I was looking forward to a long relationship with my second vacuum only to have theexact same problem after using it twice. Back it went! Once bitten, twice shy....I would not recommend this product to anyone.
