Perfect gift for the baker
This was a comprehensive cheesecake recipe book! While I can't eat them often, I love to bake them and I will be buying a copy of this for myself next. High quality paper, great color, lots of pics.

Some awesome recipes.
I'm going to have so much fun with this. Some friends have gone through it too and we've got a bunch we need to try. So often cookbooks only have a couple of recipes that actually sound good. There's a TON in here we're planning on trying. Looks like its going to be a lot of fun to experiment with.

More cheesecake recipes then I could ever hope for. Was a present for my daughter who is a baking fanatic.

Cheesecake Bible
Just received my book. Haven’t made any of the recipes yet but will post on the results. It has a lot of tips and goes over a lot of basic Information which is great for a new baker like me. Only complaint is I wished there were pictures of each recipe. Would like to see the final product with decorating ideas for each cake. Most recipes seem straight forward and simple. Some are above my knowledge or experience at the moment, like proper melting of chocolate using a broiler or suacepan and metal bowls in hot water, but I will figure it out with YouTube!

Numerous recipes and a large variety of different types. Highly recommend. Easy to follow and fun to make.

Don't think twice about getting this cookbook!
Ok, I bought this for my married daughter. Thanks to this book, cheesecakes have become her "trademark." She kept telling me about all the amazing cheesecakes she was making from here, and the accolades from whoever she makes it for. I was drooling, long distance.I finally decided to buy myself one! What a fantastic cookbook! I just made the Lemon Curd Swirl Cheesecake for Easter, and everyone was raving over it. The crust is made out of Lemon Oreos, and is good as the cheesecake itself! My husband used to think he didn't like cheesecakes, but he is changing his mind big time!!!I made the Cranberry Orange Cheesecake for Christmas - out of this world. The perfect sweet-tart combo.Made the Milk Chocolate Cheesecake for company a couple months ago - they couldn't stop raving about it.The appetizer cheesecakes are phenomenal, too.Cheesecakes, I have decided, is the ultimate "make ahead" desert. Try baking a pie the "day before" - good luck. Cheesecakes actually MUST be made ahead, which is perfect for me.George Geary is TOP NOTCH. He has been a visiting chef at the cooking school in my hometown, and he is fabulous.I just bought one more copy, as a wedding shower present, along with a PUSH PAN, which i now prefer (and George Geary also prefers) over the spring form. They never leak, and never require any foil, etc.

A reviewer lied. There are 32 pages of cheesecake photos.
Some of these reviewers are full of crap. There are 32 pages of photos (if you like to cook by looking at pretty pictures), and the paper quality is just what it needs to be -- 300 recipes on high quality paper would make this twice the size). I have not tried the recipes yet, but I have cooked with the author and he is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cheesecake. Plus, working for Disney making 300 cheesecakes a day for many years, he's made more cheesecake than anyone else on the planet. I'll be back if I hate this book, but it's a bargain for these recipes at this price.
