Fatwood Firedrops Firestarters, 8-Count

I have a mixed review for Fatwood Firestarters. Our first purchase of Fatwood Firestarters was a box of 6 "DROPS". We are using the Firestarters for an outside campfire. One drop lite our firewood perfectly. We were happy campers. I then saw Amazon sold the fire-STICKS and there were a ton of them instead of 6. YAY! "Place 2 or 3 Firestarters crisscross on fireplace grate..."I crisscrossed 3. It took no time at all for them to burn out completely and the firewood hadn't started. So we put in 5 sticks and started over. Then we tried 6 more sticks. How did it end? Cardboard, paper bags and a match.We have re-ordered the DROPS and we are back to being successful again.

This product burns hot and long enough to get some pretty large pieces of wood burning. I was surprised the first time I used one. Could be the best fire starter out there. I just haven't tried them all.

For the size of the product, way over priced. do not waist your money !!!!!
