2020 jlu rubicon with led package; why am i getting a blinker light out warning with these? flash pattern is correct, but jeep says they're not.

You need to take to the dealership and get them to flash your cpu. This will eliminate the error.

The picture you are showing to advertise your product must be a different halogen taillight than what is on my jl. Will it replace all halogens?

Yes, I have a JL Sport with halogens originally and these LED’s were plug and play. You have to use one part off of the original housing but they fit and work perfectly.
