Are these the regular size or the larger ones?

These fit bigger faces better. That's why I buy them so they don't look small on me.

For the seller, do these glasses come with a case and/or a cloth bag?

I got my husband the black frames. They came in a black cloth bag. I'm not sure if the white ones would come in a white bag though.

Are the polished green tint polarized?

These are blue mirror, non polarized.

Do you recommend for high altitude mountaineering?

Absolutely. These glasses are the best quality glasses I have ever owned.
