disappointment
In.itially I was happy with this product. I was taking it twice a day and moved up to consuming two in the morning. After two weeks I noticed I was getting super hungry at night. I would go through the day eating normally but after dinner I was still very hungry. I then gave it another week and was still having the same problem. I stopped taking it and then my body balanced out so much better. I was eating much less than I was while on this supplement. I will only use it for energy for working out but that's all.
