Product does what it claims to do. I notice an uptake with my energy levels and find myself not as hungry when it is taken as directed

This is one of those products that you don't realize how much it is helping you until your run out for a week or so. We don't take them so much for an appetite suppressant as we do to combat a little bit of depression. Works as a little bit of a pick me up without the effects of jitters, etc. We did try to stop taking it because of the cost but decided it was worth the money.

Still trying this product out. I do feel it reduces my appetite!

These do the least of any dietary supplement I’ve ever tried. And I’ve tried plenty. Total waste of money. Couldn’t tell anything while taking these. Literally NOTHING. Regret this purchase 100%

I don’t use these enough to really give a truly accurate review because I’m not sure if it’s the actual product or just a placebo effect, but I did seem to stay fuller longer when I would take a capsule after each meal. Now I just use it when I know I don’t want to eat in the near future, to keep me full, which once again, I’m not quite sure if it’s a mind game or real. But so far, it has worked the way I have wanted. I think these are worth trying.

I use this daily to help curb my appetite. It really has helped and I can tell the difference when I don't take them. I have the cravings uncontrolled and taking this helps. Great value for the cost.

This works for me, thank goodness! I had gotten these from a weight loss clinic previously and they were MUCH more expensive. I'm a huge carb and sugar eater and one of these mid morning makes me forget all about my food crushes! Because everyone's chemistry is different though, it might not work for everyone. Personally, I'd get a couple of friends to split the bottle and costs so it's not so expensive to find out whether it works or not. Good luck! :)
