Good size for polishing and buffing. Even new I expected some shedding, there has been minimal. Twice the size of the standard KIWI brush. I know use my KIWI brush to knock of the dirt and dust and this one to buff and polish.

This brush, which unfortunately is no longer available here, is the closest I've yet come to replacing my old, large Kiwi brush. It's the same length and width - really fills your hand. The bristle bed isn't quite as dense as the old Kiwi, but it's plenty good for its intended purpose...which does not include use in water as some have found out the hard way. The finish on the wood almost looks like a piece of furniture - smooth with a walnut colored stain. I'm disappointed its gone now, and I hope it returns, because I'd buy another in a heartbeat.

This appears to be really a nice shoe brush. I only lost 1 bristle and can't tell you how or why. It did a good job shining my shoes. I bought two; one for black and the other for the browns.

Excellent horsehair brush for shining my leather dress shoes. I'm still new to the whole shoe shine process, but this is one of the first items they say to get when you want to take your shoe shines to the next level. Looks like it is built to last and came in at a great price!

I purchased this as a gift. The brush is great, significantly larger and easier to hold than the few brushes I have. It was well-received, and a great value for the price. I will absolutely consider purchasing one for myself in the next few months!

I wish I had this brush when I was in the military. The brush is soft but remains firm enough to seal the pores of my boots with the applied polish. I am an old school boot buffer. This brush is bigger than the normal kiwi type and it helps.

Good brush for the money. IMO a horsehair brush doesn't have to cost a million bucks to be quality. That's exactly the case with this one. Good size to shine my shoes and boots with as it covers a lot of area. Doesn't shed either!

I hated that the brush shed so much hair!! I was disappointed. I thought it would stop after vigorous use, but I was wrong.
