I had been considering a head rest for my bed because I struggle to get adequate support for when I need to rest up, doze off or read a book etc. Even medium support pillows didn't quite cut it for me because they need puffing up all the time. Also, I have bursitis and inflammation of both my shoulders - which is a bummer.After perusing the pros and cons of getting a head rest, there was an option that appeared to suit my needs to a tee - a memory foam wedge pillow! Something that didn't need dismantling or putting on the floor when I don't need it. Thought it was worth a try.… and it is!It is very firm (you might consider putting an ordinary pillow on top of it, if you find it too hard) and it supports my head, neck and shoulders and upper back. It's made a huge, positive difference to me and it's worth every penny.PS: Just a heads-up: if you are familiar with memory foam mattresses that are advertised on here, on TV or in magazines, they require at least three days to expand and flatten out before you can lie on them. It is a similar rule with this wedge pillow. It comes rolled up into its own neat, round bag and - once you take it out of the bag -you give it at least three days before it becomes the desired shape.

So pleased with comfort to use and reduction in my acid reflux. Only thing which would improve the pillow (and get a fifth star) is the provision of a second cover or ability to buy a second cover from Adeptna.

Bought this product as my partner suffers from GORD. It did the trick after nights of waking we both slept thro!! It raised him without slipping down and is very comfy.I chose this pillow/seller due to the good feedback and I'm very happy to share that the product is excellent quality, good value for money and the seller is fab. Pillow arrived ahead of time (even in these mad times). Well packaged and I received an email after a few days of use to ask how things were.

Too firm for my liking

Bought to help me ease my breathing and hopefully reduce my snoring as my husband was close to wanting to kill me and feeling the need to wake me when he couldn’t sleep.I am overweight but also suffer from arthritis so find my only comfortable position to sleep is on my back 💤😒I must say this is a fabulous simple solution 😊I am sleeping soundly and comfortably and my husband reports my snoring has reduced considerably and is now at an acceptable level, which I can only confirm as he no longer wakes me with an elbow in the ribs lol.Win win 😊Highly recommended

I am a back sleeper and from 20 weeks pregnant I was told I should no longer sleep on my back as it could cause a risk to my baby. I was looking for something that would still allow for me to sleep in my favoured position but make it safe. This product is perfect. I can put it underneath me and it tips you over to the side just enough so that the baby bump is weighted to one side but you still feel like you are laying in your back!

Sorry but this pillow was so bad I had to return it. It's not as wide as a regular pillow which means it's weird to use on the bed, but then it's absolutely solid, I woke up with a sore neck from sleeping on it. My partner has a memory foam pillow and his is much softer than this, it didn't feel like it was memory foam at all.
