The fairy lights come neatly rolled up in a box and take 3 AA batteries each set which last a long time. I put a set in a jar with a bamboo lid on my kitchen windowsill, they look great and it's surprising how much light they throw out. Another set are in the hallway in a particular dark area. The string of lights are very bendy and can be wrapped or molded around things which makes them very versatile and are a great for the price, I purchased two boxes because they are so good.

These lights are great! Bright and sparkly and add a lovely touch around the house. Durable and the batteries don’t drain as fast compared to others I’ve tried!Good value for money, the timer function is handy as well as I am prone to forgetting to switch them off!Would buy again!

Seem fine, very pretty once unravelled and in situ. Big battery pack for a tiny string. Found opening the battery pack very tricky. Be interesting to see how long the batteries last.

Great little product, manually operated with a switch and provide nice lighting. Easy to manipulate and shape around an item and great on batteries.

I bought two packs and only one string in each would light.I returned the two defects in one pack and am keeping my fingers crossed for the other pair.To be fair the one’s that do work are great.I put one string inside an empty 400g DE coffee jar and the effect is everything I had hoped for.The battery pack is taped to the lid and just fits inside the rim creating a waterproof lantern for the patio.

Bought these to put in my glass lamp dome over Christmas. Loved the effect so much I’ve kept them in there
