Mike's Organic Curry Love Organic Red Thai Curry Paste, 2.8 OZ

We love this green curry and Mike's yellow curry. Both are very flavorful. My only gripe is that the writing is very small so the instructions are hard to read. They do say to add salt and you'll need it so don't miss that step. It's delicious when properly salted. Tonight we had the green curry with sauteed mushrooms, potatoes and chicken. Delicious!

So I thought this would be full of life and flavor, things I couldn’t just cook up without a bunch of other ingredients. It mostly just added heat. A little too much heat for me, but my husband enjoyed the level. He also felt it added little to no flavor. We were disappointed. Perhaps curry paste isn’t designed to boost flavor :/ Sorry, world!

This curry paste is very tasty but way to expensive. I paid nearly $5 for it because we were really craving green curry. Normally I get about five times this amount for $5.

Great taste! Would love if it were in a tube or glass jar.

This does not taste like Green Curry!!!

I bought it for a special recipe and it failed me, I don't know if its normal smell should be sour and rotten, the product wasn't expired but smelled and tasted terrible, we couldn't eat it.
