It uses USB Micro B. It comes with a cable (with weird connector), but you can put any USB Micro B into it.

Not by a long shot. It's not awfully loud, but what you would expect from a gaming mouse that needs to perform. Muffled mice don't offer the same feedback and generally aren't quite the same quality. They're great for office, but not for gaming.
