Medium FlightSuit (Bird Diaper) w/Lanyard plus Flightliners

It fits my conure very well. He squawks and fusses a bit when I first start to put it on him, but, then he is calm and wears it comfortably. It is much better and easier for him to wear than the harness and leash that I had before this. The colors are a little garish and clash with his beautiful plumage, but I can live with it. I think that a greater choice of colors would be nice.

Good price. Very prompt arrival. Excellent instructions. The only downside is that it is slightly large for my Quaker parrot. I suppose that birds are like people in that one size doesn't fit all, even when there are choices. The next size down would have been too small. Still, I use it all the time and it allows me to take my baby with me on outings safely.

My bird hates it and absolutely will not allow me to put it on her. And yes, I followed the directions for acclimating my bird to it.

I got this for my cockatiel, and it is just a tiny bit to big for him. Its not too difficult to put it on, the first few times were a nightmare but he has gotten used to it nicely. The Velcro strip on the back is too thick and gets in the way of his wings. The fabric is easily snagged and he gets his toes stuck in it while putting it on. It is stupidly over priced, for the quality of the product, I would be fine with 12-15, but 28? Really?

It keeps the bird from going except when he is in teh cage. The drawback is that he doesn't like it, even though I do. But it keeps my floors clean and fits him perfectly. I love the fact I can put a cotton ball in it, and it soaks up any mess he makes.

The FlightSuit is a work of a genius, kudos to the person who thought of this. My teenagers, both girls, now enjoy having Chiqui (the quaker) for long periods without having to squeal that the bird pooped on them. Putting the diaper is a breeze. It took less than 5 minutes the first time and now Chiqui is so used to it, it's done in less than a minute.The lanyard is unused. We all feel strongly against using this. I'm not sure if I could have bought he Flightsuit without the lanyard.I recommend the flightsuit. You won't regret buying it (assuming your bird takes to it like ours did).

I started teaching my cockatiel to wear it when he was 6 weeks old. it was a little too large for him at the time, but i bought it with the knowledge that he would grow into it. it works great. I suggest looking at youtube videos to see how it works. I find that it helps to introduce your bird to the harness without the leash first. I introduced it to him like it was a toy at first so he was not afraid. treats are a great distraction from fighting the harness when you first put it on.
