True Commercial (Propane) Hammered Bronze 3-Sided Pyramid Style Quartz Tube Patio Heater with Wheels (LP)

I dislike the instruction manual. The insulation at the top of the glastubing is sketchy for salty as our started to burn. obviously not fit exactly right but our flat or manufacturing has potential for safety challenges. Just saying Risky. Very flimsy bottom doors and the magnetic element very smail should be more secure for safety also not to open if a guest were to knock it with a chair back or other. aa larger magnet would take care of it. We purchased two. waited 4 months to get it. Of course it was cover time so that was expected. but once received expectations were high. Simply did not reach the bar. Fashion over function with this one. E

Keeping us in the backyard longer

I’ve had 2 about 6 weeks in my bar’s patio. A couple of details not explained very well in the instructions. Both caused me to disassemble a bit. Probably cost me 30-45 minutes. But still had both going in 2 hours (put them together at the same time). Working great. Nice look for the bar. Women love sitting next to them, and we’re in Florida. On full speed, getting about 10 hours of use per 20 lb tank.

Don't believe the lies in this add. It states you are buying a True Commercial grade 3 sided pyramid heater for which they charge $650 for yet what you receive is a Hampton Bay 4 sided pyramid heater that costs only 399 on amazon. This add is very misleading and borderline fraud.

Gorgeous commercial grade heaters...we LOVE these, bought two of them! They are perfect, have an impressive presence, they are tall and high quality. We feel they offer plenty of heat as well.

The manual difficult to read. Many parts, might be missing some.I would recommend to hire some to put together.We still hoping to get it together or I’m sending it back.We received Fri eve too late to call support until Monday am.

Quality. Worth every penny
