sofar the computor is aok w/ no issues
the computer arrived aok….we read the directions, set it up, activated virus protection and firewall and downloaded normal hardware and software updates...the computer is running aok so far...the video card needed to be set to the gaming performance setting(easy fix)...graphics are very nice...the fan is a bit loud, but not objectionable ….personally I am glad the components will stay cooler, for the computer will stay on for extended periods of time....I recommend this computer....

Couldnt be more disappointed right now...
I bought this specifically for just casual gaming purposes and games like Fortnite and apex don’t even play properly. They lag, menus barely load, the computer its self isn’t even that quick considering how “powerful” it is. Super disappointed!!!

I wanted to give this a try ,product was skeptical,kept getting multiple dead on arrivals(x3 units)YEPx3. 3 strikes your out.

Lasted a few days
Pc started crashing about 2 days after receiving it.hard drives reported multiple errors and shortly later the windows system would not boot as the drives started failing

Good, but might need to buy extra items.
A great price for a PC but you may need to spend around 40 more dollars for other thing, for starters we had to buy the 3 year protection plan because some people said that they got the PC with a burnt power supply, and then the Wifi connection was absolutely awful. Couldn't get download speeds over 400/Kbs." So we were going to buy a WiFi adapter when I looked into the PCs windows settings and found it was extremely outdated. Once the updates where done it was still bad but not as bad. We were getting 3/Mbs download speeds. We are now getting a new router to fix that.Many of the thing I said were bad but the PC itself is actually pretty good for gaming. 135 fps for Csgo, 60 for Apex and 120 for overwatch. Can run good programs for editing and streaming. But the storage for the cheaper option is a big lacking.

Great deal on a solid computer that does everything I needed it to do
This computer is outstanding. I did my research beforehand and looked at a ton of computers on amazon and newegg before deciding to go with this one. It's running wonderfully, and giving me no problems. I did buy an extra stick of memory to plug in to double it to 16GBs, but that is just for my own peace of mind. Wasn't a "necessary" thing at all.
