Prompt shiping, excellent customer service follow up, easy to swallow capsules with a higher potency and lower price point than what i had been using. Also, this supplement is GLUTENFREE and if you keep gluten free, you know your three primary sources of difficulty are supplements, sauces and salad dressings. Highly recommend this milk thistle.

Normal sized capsules. No odd smell. No odd taste. Easy to take before or during meals.Not sure why some complain about the ingredients, Seems to be more allergen free from what I have read.I purchased these for free or a discounted price to use, and to give my unbiased opinion.
