Amazing knife!
I have a friend who is a professional chef. He told me the kiwi brand are the best affordable knives he has found. I can attest that he is right. The knife is so sharp and has stayed that way after many uses, unlike a lot of our other knives. It seems to be very durable and more than worth every penny!

this is a great knife. very sharp, thin delicate blade, but extremely powerful. it's one of my favorites, and the price cannot be beat. great chef knife.

Great knife
Highly recommend these knives. They stay sharp and if they ever get to a point they are to far gone they are cheap enough to buy a new one

My sharpest tool in the shed
Very sharp knife. I bought it specifically for Thanksgiving cooking and it did what it was supposed to do. Only thing is that 3 months into using it, the top got bent

Good knives
Granted the price has gone up a lot since the last time I bought them, they are still very good knives. I use them in preference to even my Chicago Cutlery ones, or the much heavier Henkels.

Great cheap knife
I came across this knife brand on Reddit in the r/chefknives. Now just know this subreddit is full of ardent Japanese knife collectors and working cooks. So I was surprised to see regular recommendations for this knife brand with glowing reviews. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the knives given the price. If you are looking to try a different style knife, i.e. bunka or Gyuto but don't want to spend the big bucks on a "real" knife, then these are your next best bet. They get the job done, hold a very fine edge, are easy to sharpen, and did I mention cheap? The handles can be a little rough, but what do you expect for the price?
