KAL Calcium Oyster Shell Tablets, 600 mg, 100 Count

After spinal fusion I was put on oyster shell calcium to help build up bone. I was annoyed to find out that what I was taking had several unnecessary dyes in it. After a bit of research I found this brand that does not add dye and I have been using this ever since!

It is difficult to find a 100% calcium source. This is it, thereby meeting my needs for a regimen of a dose of 1200 mg/per day. It is a difficult product to find at the price offered. Please continue your competitive pricing and I shall remain a customer.

I had to get these because my local store was out. Seems to be a good product to keep the calcium up.

I need to take calcium daily so chose this kind. They are bigger than the kind I had been taking, so I docked the rating because of that, but I don’t think calcium comes in a small pill, except for chewable kinds.

Recently diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Have had to have a wrist fused do to severe damaged caused from RA. My RA Specialist recommended a Calcium Supplement along with most importantly to have Oyster Shell. I had been taking a Calcium supplement for years because of Osteoarthritis but without Oyster Shell. Although difficult to say the affect by using this product, I'm a believer in taking this supplement w/added Oyster Shell being a key component will help in slowing down and perhaps some strengthening of bone structure etc. Have been faithfully using this particular product after reviewing it online and have plenty on hand, have taken advantage of using monthly refill subscription as an Amazon Member. i realized that all Kal products contain corn. beware of that, Not returnable even if its not opened.

The oyster shell calcium is the only calcium supplement that works for me. It keeps me from muscle cramps in my legs.
