As much as I love Blunderbus, given I had purchased Lazareto I was surprised to see Blunderbus within the Lazareto vinyl slip!Never the less both are SOLID albums, but I will be requesting it to replace with the intended album.

A embalagem da amazom não é boa e o disco veio empenado. O produto é bem elaborado porém a qualidade do audio não é tão boa quanto eu esperava. Comprei discos usados que tinham uma qualidade superior.

After returning three copies because of flaws in the vinyl, I finally received one that is flawless. A collectible LP to own, even if the music is not to your taste. It is pressed on 180g vinyl. Side 2 is Matt black (like an unplayed 78rpm shellac record), side 1 is the usual glossy finish. Side 1 plays from the inside out, while side 2 plays from the outside in. Both sides have locked grooves, so the music continues until you raise the stylus. Side 1 has an angel hologram engraved in the dead wax area. This is a light groove, not a sound groove, so that as the record spins, a floating angel appears. There are 2 hidden tracks under the labels of side 1 and 2. On side 1, the hidden song plays at 78rpm, whereas the hidden song on side 2 plays at 45rpm. Don't peel the label! Place the stylus onto the label to hear the hidden tracks. The first song on side 2 has a double groove. Depending where you place the stylus, you get either an acoustic or an electric intro. The grooves meet part way through the song. On the copy I have now, the intersection is smooth. Whereas previous copies there was an obvious jump from the electric intro into the main song. This record is highly recommended for collectors, providing you get one of the better pressings. The first copy I returned was a bad pressing, had pops and crackles and side 2 had small dents in the vinyl. The second copy had scratches and the third copy had crackles and jumps. I persevered and at last received a perfect record.

Massively disappointed with the vinyl version of this album. Played it on my Pro-ject Classic turntable and...1. It had an irritating click ALL the way through, presumably due to it being played backwards (FFS).2. It sounded REALLY dull; considering it’s supposedly mastered with zero compression, it sounds as compressed as hell.If I’d have known I was buying a novelty product I wouldn’t have bothered. The album itself is great, but don’t bother with the vinyl version, despite its hologram, playing backwards, hidden tracks UNDER the label....what crap, I came here for the music!!!
