These are very sturdy and well constructed. I am a regular exerciser and got these after I found that the cheaper bands I had were almost too easy for me to use and fraying quite quickly. These are definitely way better quality but they are so sturdy I can barely use them! Too much resistance! Maybe for some people they are ok?

I've used these bands for about 2 weeks now and they work great! Super thick so you know they wont roll up like those rubberband-type resistance bands do. They only problem I have is that they're so sturdy that it's nearly impossible to exercise with. I've only used the pink so far but when I have, I put it just above my knees and can barely open wide enough when doing hip abductions. Hoping they stretch out a bit during use!

it's very sturdy but too thick to allow for much movements....or maybe im just too weak lol. i prob try the other plastic kinda bands next time.

I usually not work out, but this are amazing, they usually stays in place and I’m comfortable when I use em.

Just received my bands, I got 2 larges... So no, not 3 different sizes.

I returned these- they were not too stretchy due to the thickness and I couldn’t even use them because they do nothing but slide down your legs

I love how wide they are and they stay in place...the tension of then are perfect....these are Going to give me a great workout...
