I bought these for my son who is in college and he loves them. He’s not a big breakfast eater and I worry that he doesn’t get enough in his tummy to get him through the day considering how busy he is so I put these in a care package and asked him to try them out. He now wants them all the time. He never gets tired of them because they come in a variety of flavors.I have tried them and yes, they are a very good quick alternative for a quick meal replacement. If you’re a student or someone who doesn’t have the time to eat breakfast in the morning, grab one of these and put it in a shaker bottle and you’re good to go until lunch time! Very convenient!
