These things are FANTASTICI have an Indoor/Outdoor cat that has a habit of only using her box indoors (despite the weather being nice outside) and I have my own habit of not keeping tabs on her box and not cleaning it as often as I should have, mostly because her urine clumps would keep sticking to the back of the box and make the whole process incredibly difficult and frustrating.These sifters help with both of these problems, especially if you have a litter that clumps really well (I find that Tidy Cats 4 in 1 or 24/7 seem to do a good job) and I can easily sift out the used litter while still keeping a good portion of the clean stuff in there. It also makes it much easier to just lift these things out every 2-3 days rather than dreading the inevitable digging I would have to do for it.Pee dribble on the plastic bit that's on the outside of the box is a thing though, even with a covered box, so gloves are definitely needed if you want to avoid getting that on your hands. Also the bags can rip if your cat digs hard enough, but usually doubling up helps with that. This is still a pretty nice product all things considered, and I plan on getting more so I'll be ready to replace what I have left :D

I have been using this brand of litterbox liners for more than 10 years, and have always been reasonably satisfied. The last couple of packages have been different. They are thinner and tear easily. At least one tears nearly every time I clean the box. Today, two of them tore, the third did not. This trend means up to 2/3 of the package will be wasted as I throw away torn liners that never sifted anything. My long time pet sitter has made the same observation. It appears that this brand has been hit by the cost-reduction team.

THESE ARE THE BEST THINGS IN THE WORLD, IF YOU OWN A CAT! I COULD NOT STAND TO LIVE WITH A LITTER BOX IF IT WEREN'T FOR THESE 'SIFTING LINERS' ... THE RUBBER BAND IS NOT ALWAYS IN THE PACKAGE, THUS THE 4 STARS. (OTHERWISE 1OO STARS) YOU MUST HAVE THE THICK BIG RUBBER BAND IN ORDER FOR THE LINERS TO STAY IN PLACE. THEY SIMPLY WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT THE BIG & STURDY RUBBER BAND. OTHERWISE, THEY ARE USELESS. CHECK YOUR PACKAGE...IF NOT IN THERE, GIVE THE DISTRIBUTER A CALL. (I CALLED AND RECEIVED 5 RUBBER BANDS IN THE MAIL FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR. ) IT MAY SEEM LIKE A SMALL THING, BUT THESE LINERS CANNOT WORK WITHOUT THE PROPER RUBBER BANDS TO HOLD THEM IN PLACE! I CANNOT IMAGINE WHY THEY WERE NOT IN THE PACKAGE, SO THERE IS PROBABLY A 'QUALITY CONTROL' PROBLEM AT THE ASSEMBLY FACILITY.) OTHERWISE, I'D GIVE THEM TEN STARS!!!!

I've used sifting cat box liners for several years--litter box stays like new with no scrubbing needed (except for the cover sometimes). Rubber band tends to stretch out and become less effective, but cover of litter box keeps the layers of the plastic sheets in place. A bit fussy to install, and the litter has to be kept deep enough so the perforations won't get snagged, but overall a very good product.

These litter box liners have worked great for me!I have 6 cats with claws & they have never torn the liners, but I do keep about 4" of litter in my litter boxes, as a couple of my cats really like to dig deep. If the litter was not deep, they probably would tear the liners with their claws.The larger size is great, allowing me to tie it closed after sifting. I just tuck the extra under the box. This one is excellent!! It has great odor control, is hard clumping, dust free (some kitty litters are so nasty with dust you need to wear a mask when pouring them), does not have a fragrance or perfume odor & is the very best cat litter I have ever used!! I am really happy with it and so are my cats, as they are all using the litter boxes all of the time.

I have subscribed this liners for a year. However, I noticed that my recent purchases are worse than before. It is very easy to break apart from the center. Very thin. The hole is too big to hold poops. I have to use the scoop to clean it. Will not buy it anymore.

The idea is great, I wish the holes were a little smaller or at least less stretchy, because a lot of feces go through them. Updated review after using it for a while. I still like them, but my cat rips the edges of it, wish those edges were of a sturdier/thicker material.
