I had to get, and set-up, and then send back three units before I gave up: all three had major functional/electronic problems (like shooting balls at highest speed and frequency despite settings, or not even turning on). Before I would accept trying a 3rd, I demanded it be tested. They only tested whether it would turn on. In addition the design of the ball return hardware/net is not functional. And also the controller is “old world” technology.

I used to play a lot and I wasn't sure what it could really offer to me. The machine is truly great. It works very well. Fold and unfold the net, roll the machine and it is ready for use. The programming part is easy too. We have a programme for each with different levels from beginner to experienced player. It is not the cheapest machine, but it offers great value for money.

The robot can do basic things as outlined. I found it difficult to create SHORT but heavy spin (underspin, sidespin, etc) from this robot. Heavy spin ends up creating long ball and higher speed - not exactly how I envision it during real practice. Aside from that, the landing spot are fine. Frequency can be a bit faster but I cannot go beyond the max.

great product. Met all my expectations. Works well so far. No problem at this point.
