I love this skirt. It hangs beautifully, and the fabric is smooth and comfy against the skin. It's also the ideal miniskirt length for me. I own miniskirts that are as short as 15 inches, but those can be a little immodest when I bend over, so I wear them only with leggings or opaque panties. That won't be a problem with this skirt. The little bit of extra length eliminates concerns about coverage. I'm nearly 5'8", and this skirt is a figure-flattering A-line shape that is still above my knees, so I still consider it a miniskirt, not a midi skirt. If you're not as tall as I am, you may find that this hits directly at the knee or just below, so of course you'll want to check out the skirt measurements before buying. EDIT: I liked this green skirt so much that I bought three more of them in other colors. When I received them, I noticed that only one was identical to the green one in terms of length and fabric weight. The other two skirts were made of an identical material, but it wasn't quite as thick or heavy. Before even opening the packages, I noticed as soon as I held these skirts in one hand that they weighed a lot less than the original green one that I already owned. And when I put them on, I noticed that they were also one inch shorter. Now you're probably thinking that the difference in weight is accounted for by the missing inch of length, but it's not just that. I'm literally talking about how thick the fabric is. Even if all four skirts were the same length, two of them would still weigh significantly less in my hand. Even the elastic inside the skirts is different. The two longer, thicker skirts have very firm elastic. The two shorter, thinner skirts have elastic that is a little softer or looser-feeling around my waist (but still an excellent fit, so I don't consider it a problem). All four skirts are well made, and there is nothing inherently wrong with the two that are made with the lighter-weight fabric and looser elastic. So just know that if you're only going to buy one skirt, you'll probably be happy with it, but if you end up buying more than one, you might notice slight differences between them. I'm still rating the skirt as five stars because I think it's excellent.

Obsessed with this skirt! It’s cute and comfy! The material it’s made from was good quality and held up amazingly to a whim day walking around Disney! It was thick and adorable and I can’t wait to order different colors! As a taller girlie it was a great length too! I don’t feel exposed or as if everything was hanging out of if I bent over!

I purchased a total of 4 of these skirts . 3 of them in the style “wb829” including black, eggplant, and red. The black one was perfect. Fits as expected, good length, good stretch on the elastic waistband. Flattering on me - I carry most of my weight in my chest and midsection with narrow hips and a flat booty. The other two colors, however, were lacking. It seemed like there wasn’t actual elastic in the waist bands and the material is noticeably thinner. The material thickness wasn’t a big deal because they were still beautiful and it didn’t affect the look (of those colors anyway) or comfort. The lack of elastic , however, completely changed the structure and fit for me. There was nothing really holding the skirt in place because the waist band was just the thin stretchy material of the skirt hemmed at the top. A smaller size in those may have worked, but I’m worried I have no idea what I may actually get. I also purchased the pink in the wb211 style (shorter one). That one was made like the black wb829 as far as material and actually having elastic in the waist band. The particular color was a bit translucent though just FYI (don’t wear dark undies with it - unless you’re cool with them being seen, in which case, rock on 🤘 ). I only returned this one because the length was shorter than I felt comfortable in (bc I’m old and sometimes self conscious) and the translucency of it wasn’t my jam. Out of all, I only kept the black. I will add, when I wore it all day, the waist band did start to fold over on occasion but it didn’t have a huge affect on me and is probably situational from person to person. I would really love to try more colors but the inconsistencies of the manufacturing make me reluctant. Especially since I have to wait for the refund. I wouldn’t recommend buying just one if you need it for something specific last minute. It’s risky, but they were all pretty and seemed well made aside from the lack of elastic. And great price (I got them on sale for like $12).

This is a well made quality skirt. It’s a good fit but from what I was told, there’s no stretch in the waistband so I guess, true to size? And it’s definitely not a mini or short skirt. It’s a nice charcoal color that goes great with any black, white or light gray tops & accessories. A must have for most occasions & looks great with hose & heels.

I LOVE this skirt! I was probably looking for a few hours with different search words to find an actual midi skirt. I needed it to complete my outfit for our church Christmas breakfast. The material is great again as is the length. SUPER COMFORTABLE! I am 5’3 150ish and got a size large. It was a little snug pulling over hips but it has a good stretch that it cinched back up at my waist. I will be ordering in different colors!

Okay so to give a timeline, I first bought a skirt exactly like this one from this brand in the fall of 2018. I loved it, it fit wonderfully and it was as it says, versatile. I could wear it for casual or work related activities and look great. Of course, given the price, I didn't expect the best quality. After about a year of wear and washing as instructed, the fabric started to pill and have very small runs here and there. Since I can't generally afford impeccable quality clothing, I figured it was just time to buy another one (nature of being poor, right?). So it's late fall of 2018 (closer to the end of November, actually), and I order two of these skirts. I hoped that with two, I wouldn't have to worry about the fabric pilling so soon with frequent wear. I was wrong. The moment I unwrapped the skirts, I noticed that something was off about the fabric. Granted, I got rid of my old skirt a couple of months before, so I didn't have something immediate for comparison. I assumed that maybe they were thinner than I remembered and went along with life wearing these skirts, relatively happy with them. That is, for only a few months. I got these around late November/early December and by March they were pilling a LOT. Like, I really tried to take care of these skirts and the fabric was just not great. Even when I spaced out wearing them, sitting on chairs with cushions like in my classrooms exacerbated the issue. I finally gave up on the black skirt because the pills were super obvious. I might be able to keep the seafoam green one for a month or two longer before the same issue is more apparent. If this was the quality present when I made the first purchase, I wouldn't have bothered buying more. But I was happy with what I bought back then, I honestly don't know what happened. Three stars is a little generous, but the skirts are pretty, provided you wear them maybe once every three weeks.

It’s rare that I’m ever genuinely impressed by a cheap product. I bought the black Midi Skirt and it is one of the better skirts I’ve ever owned! Very thick material ESPECIALLY for the low price. The direct front and back are slightly longer than the sides which not only creates a nice figure, but really helps with modesty. One of my personal favorite parts is that it does not show my “muffin top” as I call it. I am a large woman, between 250 and 300, and this skirt is one of the most flattering I’ve ever gotten. As an insecure big woman who never wears girly clothes, this piece of clothing is something I would confidently wear outside with a shirt tucked it. The skirt flows like liquid and is very beautiful, and it’s so high waisted the length can vary from below the knee to upper thigh mini. All gorgeous. I plan to wear this to a Korn concert and being that it’s mid October, I have no doubt this skirt will keep my legs warm. The black color is intense and dark so it can be a versatile piece of clothing for any outfit. I have not washed it as of yet, but I would recommend cold wash unless it fits loosely. The waist band is very thick and secure. Overall would HIGHLY recommend, this is a find for the books!

Love this skater skirt! It is exactly as pictured and described. It is very comfortable & not itchy. It’s the perfect length as well. I’m 5’3. Fit is a little snugger than expected but it fit fine. I don’t know if it will stretch any after some wear, so I’m going to keep it. I’m 132lbs and normally wear a small in most clothes. I plan on buying a few other colors and may consider a Medium next time. I highly recommend this skirt!

I don't usually write reviews but I love this skirt so much! I originally bought for a Velma costume but it is now my favorite skirt! I am a size 14 and bought the xl and it fits perfectly. The super thick material and thick waist band is super flattering. I also bought a similar skirt from urbancoco to compare and this one is much better!

I just wanted something simple when I ordered this, and it hit the nail on the head. It's cute and very comfortable. It isn't sheer, which is what I was looking for. It's also very stretchy, so it can be moved higher or lower on your body if you want a high-waisted, tucked-in look or a more classic look.
