This product works very well and isn't very expensive. It charged my phone fairly fast and I haven't had any issues to date with it. I like the product because you can still use your phone while it is charging. I really don't have anything negative to say about it.

My order arrived on time as estimated and I am completely satisfied with the service and quality of the Galaxy Note 3 charger. I really love that it sits in a cradle upright and that I can watch videos, tv, or play games while it charges. Outstanding and efficient!

My dad and I didn't really like the fact that you have to take off your phone case everytime you had to charge your phone, it was just one too many steps every time and it didn't have the Super charge port that is made for the note 3 so it would take longer to charge, I think they made that for universal reasons but it says "Galaxy Note 3 charging dock" so you would think it had the Super charge port on it, however there customer service was really helpful in trying to fix the problem and they were very quick with replying If I could I'd give just there customer service 5 stars but this product I still wasn't a fan of which is why the rating is what it is.

We like the products and they are working Great!Suggestion: on the Charging Dock, make the sides FLEXIBLE so that one can charge their device WITH their case still on said device... FLEXIBLE like car mounts tend to be...

The product works ok. But why does it have the old USB charging plug. Much too slow . And 2nd indicate on the unit which way the battery goes in to charge in the spare compartment.Had it in all night backwards.. put a dot on the side or bars that correspond to the charging coils. Not rocket science. An addendum to my original review. It is now completely non functional. Does not charge in front or back anymore. Piece of garbage. DO Not Buy this product. One week. Total trash

The charger works fine -- I've only had it for a day, so that assessment is based on the first use. I love the phone standing up and visible while charging -- had a similar charger for my previous phone and loved that. The only problem with this one is that it won't fit the phone with any case on it. The space only allows the phone itself. It's a pain to have to remove the case from the phone to charge it and then replace the case.If you don't use a case on your cell phone, it's a great charger!

This is a very good product. Works well and charges my Note 3 quickly. It is as described.

had 2 of theses and the first one the phone part of charger didn't work for long. but the charger would charge battery. The 2nd the phone would not charge but the spare battery would. sent the 2nd one back for a refund. I didn't send the first one back as it worked well beyond the time I could get a refund.
