After years of low back pain and previous neck surgery I needed relief! The first day I wore it, I was sore afterwards. But after the 3rd day, I started seeing the positive effects.Would have liked to see more instructions with this purchase on how to put on and to gradually increase wearing time.

This did help my posture. Since I ride horses, it’s a good tool to use while riding and a few day before. The straps are easy to adjust

I feel like it definitely sits more in my armpits ... but does help promote posture and helps alive neck and back pain

Discomfort was relieved almost immediately after I first put it on. Don't like the strap showing at my shoulder under shirts, but the relief is well worth it!
