We use this for bread making. It’s great not to have to sanitize a countertop to roll out the dough. It’s made of stainless steel so it will last forever. I highly recommend this product.

Product quality is excellent...but....
There is a long story that goes with this and I'll edit it down. This product is excellent quality...and beautiful. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was my order was shipped damaged. One corner of the board was bent downward, and, one corner bent upwards. The customer service I received was awesome (one of the reasons I didn't give it a lower star). It was clear the damage occurred from the shipping source, as the outside of the package was in perfect condition. TAIMCO offered a few suggestions to fix things, of which the results were not fully satisfying, but, they ultimately came to an agreement with us, that helped resolve the matter right away. This was something we are sure was a one time unfortunate mistake, and, basically, all is well that ends well....The primary fact is the product is a finely made item.

Arrived 6 weeks late, scratched and poor condition, edge bent so can’t use on counter without damaging counter. Finish extremely poor so everything will scratch it. Appalled and ripped off. Want immediate refund
