Excellent authentic taste.The bag is not protected in the box, so it sometimes gets to you with a minor tear in it, but the taste of the couscous is authentic.

I used to buy couscous from the store, but one time it was not available so I decided to order from Amazon. Talk about a happy accident! The flavor of this couscous is so much better than the stuff that comes in those little boxes! The price point also makes it worth it as well. I will definitely be buying this again.

These were advertised as raw, needing full streaming. They are not. The package says they are instant, add boiling water and fluff in 5 minutes.
