It was delivered quickly and I only just received it but so far it is amazing. Super easy to set up and pair via Bluetooth, once you have paired the device, you can set the language within the app. The sound is very clear. It translate very specific and accurate.I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a handheld translator especially for the low and affordable price here. A must have for a traveler.

If I could give negative stars I would. I wanted to take this with me to Spain this week. I can't make it work at all. I've tried for over an hour. The directions are the worst I've ever tried to follow. I've never had a problem like this. Apparently it's great if you can make it work. I assumed that I could, but am totally frustrated with it. Good luck to anyone foolish enough to buy one. This one is coming back.

Since I had so many trouble with language, I decided to buy a translator. After searching a little bit, this translator was fit with my budget. Some translators are too expensive and looking nice, but I can't afford it. I've been using this translator for couple weeks, and I really like it. It works pretty well and accuracy about 90 percent. I can carry everywhere I want, it's small and lightweight. I will buy another one for my mom, but I have to save money first. Lol

It's good looking dual translator and wishing the button was red, but it's just a color.My husband is stil trying to familiarize with the uses and functions, some of the translator on the spot and some were not. But even though with slight flaws it's usable and able to get some help. I will update my review when we learn more from using it.

I am disappointed in this product. The response time is 6-10 sec delay. It continues to loose the BT connection to the phone and you have to shut everything down and start over. You CANNOT use the translator with your phone being right by it and connected. Complete waste of money. Safe yourself the headache, spend a little more money and get one that does not have to be connected to cell phone to work!!!

Your product only works when you have unlimited data phone plans or if you can connect to wi-fi. Every time I needed to use it in Europe it ate up all my prepaid data in a few days. Wi-Fi in public areas is hard to find and non- existent in general while traversing a European country. Your product was on NO USE outside of the US because of the data problem. You can have your product back because of the previously stated problems

After installing the app, everything went smoothly following the instruction. This device is very light and easy to carry. It provides instant translation and accuracy is not 100% but pretty good, and battery life is not bad at all. I am satisfied and look forward to traveling aboard with it.

I was so sorry that I could not get this item to synch with the phone app even after speaking to customer service. There seemed to be a glitch in the software download. I was hoping that I could use the translator for work as we have Spanish speakers and Burmese speakers. Unfortunately, I had to send it back. Hope it works for others.
